Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Cash Flow & Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and maintain general ledger accounts to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns while staying updated with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Auditing & Support: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and support internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant tools like Odoo.
  • Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, tax regulations, high attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
