Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational and executive teams to provide strategic financial insights, manage budgeting processes, and monitor performance metrics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Strategy & Analysis: Partner with leadership to evaluate financial performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven recommendations for business growth.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic financial forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Cost & Risk Management: Identify operational efficiencies, evaluate financial risks, and implement robust internal controls.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and management dashboards to support informed decision-making across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional accounting designation (such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
  • Experience: Strong background in financial analysis, business partnering, corporate accounting, or financial management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) or modern accounting systems.
