Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring robust fiscal management, compliance, and strategic financial growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the development and management of organizational budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance & Tax Management: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, statutory obligations, and internal financial regulations.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, manage financial risks, and strengthen internal control systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Recognized professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in corporate financial management, accounting, or senior finance leadership roles.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, modern accounting software, and financial modeling tools.
