Key Responsibilities

  • RA Compliance Universe Adherence: Maintain high levels of compliance above 99% for GSM and implement Revenue Assurance SOPs & manuals to cover emerging and existing risks.
  • Revenue Protection: Detect and plug revenue leakages, identify missed revenue opportunities, and continuously review service and revenue paths.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Use various DBMS for data mining, analysis, and reporting; track key revenue and subscriber KPIs for trends or declines; and monitor product performance.
  • Issue Closure & Reporting: Close loops with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) for fast issue resolution, escalate appropriately, and provide weekly/monthly reports as required by business and Group RAFM.
  • System Launches Support: Support project management teams during major system launches to conduct comprehensive risk analyses and ensure First Time Right implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate with an ICT Degree.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Telecom, ICT, or Billing Assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Skill & Knowledge of SQL is a MUST. Proficiency in relational database structures, data manipulation, charging principles, and tariff models is required.
  • Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, team coordination capabilities, and an appreciation of project management methodologies.
