Key Responsibilities & Role Description

  • Systems Roadmap & Modernisation: Help shape the finance systems roadmap, manage improvement priorities, and translate finance needs into practical solutions to improve controls and reduce manual work.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Finance, Enterprise Systems, country offices, and external suppliers to support digital ways of working.
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Enhance data quality, support better decision-making, and guide colleagues in the consistent use of finance systems (ideally Unit4).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Professional Background: Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or someone with equivalent experience in finance systems, reporting, or finance operations.
  • Technical Experience: Strong practical understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, reporting cycles, and ERP/accounting systems (Unit4 preferred). Experience with finance transformation or system implementations is important.
  • Skills: Strong Excel and data analysis skills, clear communication abilities across technical and non-technical teams, and strong stakeholder coordination capabilities.
