Key Responsibilities & Mission

  • Liquidity & Cash Operations: Execute daily cash positioning, prepare payment proposals, monitor intercompany cash agreements and settlements, ensure timely bank statement integration, and resolve e-banking file or statement issues.
  • Bank Relations & Tariff Negotiation: Maintain core bank relationships, benchmark and negotiate tariffs/fees, and coordinate documentation (credit agreements, guarantees) with the group prior to implementation.
  • Credit Approval & Customer Management: Drive customer credit assessment packets through approval forums, monitor DSO and overdue trends, and collaborate with collections and commercial teams on action plans.
  • Digital Banking Processing & Controls: Administer e-banking platforms (user setups, payment formats, file signing), enforce maker-checker controls, lead KYC/sanctions updates, and ensure strict adherence to anti-corruption/AML frameworks.
  • Governance, Policies & Reporting: Prepare monthly treasury dashboards covering liquidity, bank fees, FX results, and credit exposures while ensuring full compliance with AGL's financial validation steps.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or an equivalent qualification. Professional progress toward treasury or credit credentials is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, credit management, or accounting, with hands-on familiarity in credit approval workflows, bank tariff negotiations, digital banking systems, and ERP bank statement reconciliation.
  • Core Competencies: Analytical and control mindset, strong negotiation skills, customer credit discipline, digital fluency, unquestionable integrity, and a robust compliance culture.
