Job Summary

The Accountant will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and timely preparation of financial reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed.
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
  • Track receivables and ensure timely collections.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Fund management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA / ACCA certification (or in progress) is preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or ERP systems.
