✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a citizen of an eligible World Bank member developing country
  • Not hold dual citizenship of a developed country
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree earned at least three (3) years before the deadline
  • Have at least three (3) years of recent, paid development-related work experience
  • Be currently employed in development-related work
  • Have an unconditional admission letter from a participating master’s program
  • Study outside their country of citizenship and residence

Note: World Bank Group staff and their close relatives are not eligible.
