Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The QHS Auditor will be responsible for evaluating workplace safety, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and conducting rigorous internal and external audits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit Execution: Conduct systematic Quality, Health, and Safety (QHS) audits across operations to verify compliance with company policies and international standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational hazards, assess workplace risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure alignment with statutory occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate audit records and preparing performance reports for management.
  • Training & Awareness: Promote a strong safety culture by advising personnel on best practices, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in QHS auditing (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH) are an added advantage.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in quality assurance, health and safety auditing, or industrial risk compliance roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.
