Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & Payroll: Handle cash withdrawals, disbursements, payroll preparation, local and expatriate staff salary processing, and petty cash management.
  • Tax & Compliance: File monthly, half-yearly, and yearly statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, VAT, NSSF, etc.), attend to TRA queries, and coordinate with auditors.
  • HR & Administration: Manage staff recruitment, contracts, NSSF/PAYE/WCF registrations, labor dispute resolutions, business visas, work permits, and expatriate insurance.
  • Inventory & Operations: Maintain stock records, handle material returns, oversee machinery maintenance, manage supplier payments, and conduct physical stock counts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in handling operations and working with financial processes.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, computer skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
