Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Business Analyst Intern is responsible for assessing organizational performance and contributing to process and system improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis & Sales Productivity: Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to increase sales productivity, using statistical tools to uncover insights and trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, analyze sales performance records, evaluate sales against targets, and create visual presentations for management.
  • Operational Profitability: Analyze business operations to determine profitability, working closely with operations and finance teams to evaluate operational changes.
  • Forecasting & Commission: Evaluate economic situations, prepare sales forecasts, assist in developing rolling sales forecasts/budgets, and compute commissions for the sales team.
  • Compliance & Solutions: Audit sales processes to ensure compliance, conduct data mining for sales and operations, and propose solutions to increase overall business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, advanced technical skills, excellent documentation and presentation abilities, and competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders, work closely with them to find solutions, and lead top-performing teams.
