Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Technology, Strategy and Transformation team in introducing, developing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining technology solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Engage in direct dialogue with clients to develop customized solution approaches for architecture, process, deployment, and products.
  • Resilient Development: Build resilient, secure, and performant solutions, advising customers on solution design and architecture during discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with enterprise architects, development teams, and customers in a multifaceted team environment using Agile principles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other related field.
  • Technical Experience:
    • Proficiency in programming using Python or related programming languages (C#, Java, C/C++, etc.).
    • Required experience in writing and running SQL scripts.
    • Required knowledge of Command Line Interface (CLI) in Linux, MacOS, or any other Unix system.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as part of a software development team; familiarity with infrastructure as code (specifically Terraform), distributed computing technologies (e.g., Apache Spark), data modeling, and data processing.
  • Cloud & Project Skills: Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) with AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certifications being an added advantage; good project management skills.
