The Judiciary Service Commission (Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama) has announced several job vacancies for qualified Tanzanians to fill various positions across courts nationwide.

Available Vacancies & Qualifications

1. Hakimu Mkazi II – TJS II (3 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Form Four or Six secondary education certificate, a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree from a recognized university or higher learning institution, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Law School of Tanzania. Computer literacy is an added advantage.

2. Afisa Hesabu II – TGS. D (3 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Holders of one of the following qualifications: an "Intermediate Certificate" (Module D) issued by NBAA or equivalent recognized by NBAA, a Bachelor's degree/Advanced Diploma in Accountancy, or a Higher Diploma in Accounting from a government-recognized institution.

3. Msaidizi wa Hesabu II – TGS. B (9 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Holder of an Accounting Certificate from a recognized college, OR an ATEC II Certificate issued by NBAA or equivalent recognized by NBAA.

4. Msaidizi wa Kumbukumbu II – TGS C (97 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Form Four or Six graduate with a Certificate or NTA Level 6 qualification in Records Management or Law from a recognized institution, plus computer literacy.

5. Mwandishi Mwendesha Ofisi Daraja II – TGS C (9 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Form Four or Six graduate with a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA level 6 in Secretarial Studies. Must pass shorthand (Kiswahili and English) at 100 words per minute and be proficient in office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail, and Publisher).

6. Msaidizi wa Ofisi – TGOS. A (84 Posts)

  • Qualifications: Form Four graduate who has completed short courses in Office Attendant Course, Office Management, Messengerial Course, or Office Clerk from a recognized institution.

  • Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45 years.
  • Applications must be accompanied by certified copies of academic certificates, birth certificates, recent passport-size photos, and other relevant credentials.
